JOB ROLES

  • Analyze INPEX Indonesia strategic plan; Monitor current performance and status of stakeholders’ database and information and its alignment to the Company strategic plan: Propose and develop stakeholder database improvement plan and program in order to ensure provided C&R stakeholders database align to Company need;
  • Identify, define and propose stakeholders mapping and criteria, level of impact to Company activities, specific characteristics, and other related information based on various sources; conduct stakeholders grouping according to the criteria and stakeholders database updating; review and analyze stakeholders’ historical data and expectation of future characteristics as additional information; in order to ensure stakeholders data updated and reliable as an internal information sources of strategic plan;
  • Develop and propose format and system of stakeholders’ database, monitor and review current required stakeholders’ information and related systems submitted by individual departments; develop and propose socialization programs in accessing stakeholders’ information in database; in order to ensure stakeholders database management and socialization programs are in line with Company quality standards and departments need;
  • Identify, define and prepare report based on stakeholders criteria, requirement, specific report, and mandatory by regulation; Review report stakeholders grouping according to the criteria and stakeholders database updating; Monitor and review the completeness of the report documents; Maintain report database in order to ensure that reports required by stakeholders are in accordance with the requirements and applicable regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • 5 - 10 years of experiences with at least 3 years in Oil & Gas or Mining industry
