JOB ROLES

  • Prepare accounting and financial report related matters of non-operated joint venture partners in accordance with PSC and JoA; Prepare and submit to the joint venture partners the monthly joint interest billings accurately and timely basis; ensure the joint venture statements are accurate and reliable in order to report all incurred joint venture expenses within a certain period;
  • Prepare and submit the Cash Call invoice in accordance with JoA to the JV partners as written estimate of expenditures expected to be paid for a project for one month; including the additional cash call for shortfall of fund; cash forecasting for each working interest JV partner; Supervise of Accounts Payable & Joint Venture partners reconciliation; Act as a liaison for working interest partners on resolving queries and disputes on their cash call and joint interest billings;
  • Prepare and issue for each of the JVs a Work Program & Budget (WP&B) from planning to completion; Prepare and submitting Close out of Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) Process;  Prepare and submit monthly JV Report to show the comparison between budget vs actual costs in a monthly basis to the JV partners including the analysis;
  • Monitor and follow up necessary action to collect the financial data from JV Operator for non-operated project to secure the submission in timely manner; Conduct review and analyze on the JV Budget and Financial Report providing by the JV Operator of Non Operated project;
  • Assist THQ performing the Joint Venture audit on the Non Operated projects; Assist THQ by act as the point of contact internally and externally on non-operated project;
  • Work with auditors, external and internal on various audits (Joint Venture (“JV”) auditor and Government of Indonesia (“GoI”) auditors appointed to audit accounts in compliance with the clauses in the PSC and Government Regulation);
  • Assist in performing the efficient operation of Indonesia Finance function with respect to all Finance matters including but not limited to monitoring monthly G&A cost & budget, monitoring AFOP & AFGI; Support Readsoft PDAP; Review financial area for Contract Closed Out; support Procurement Process as Procurement committee;  maintain data of Working Advance Fund in SKK Migas account.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in a reputable public accounting firm with preferable additional background in Oil and Gas Industry
