Organizing end to end bidding process (both internal and external processes) for non-project related activities in order to ensure the process comply with applicable internal and external procurement guidelines and other related regulations.
Preparing the best quality and proper tender document of non-project departments in order to obtain best price and services from the qualified bidders, organize and participate in negotiation, as well as preparing and finalizing Letter of Award (LOA) and contract document /Purchase Order (PO) issued in timely manner.
Preparing and finalizing change order or contract amendment document with data gathered from user department include asking approval request to SKK Migas (if needed) and monitoring administration fulfillment of contract implementation to ensure contracts are covered by valid Performance Bonds and valid Insurances.
Evaluating required justifications and explanations of procurement process during procurement audit program in order to optimize cost recovery of materials / services contract for Abadi Project.
Monitoring CSMS Certification of invited bidders for medium or high risks scope of works in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
Bachelor degree in any discipline (Social Science, Legal, Economic, Engineering).
10 years working experiences in oil and gas industry, with minimum of 8 years in Supply Chain Management activities.
