JOB ROLES :
  • Implement and monitor HSSE requirements for office operations and company-provided accommodations, ensuring compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and minimum HSSE standards.
  • Ensure office and accommodation contractors, including overseas service providers, comply with required HSSE standards, contractual obligations, and company expectations.
  • Conduct periodic HSSE inspections, assessments, and gap analyses for offices and accommodations, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Coordinate HSSE induction and awareness programs for contractors and service providers related to office and accommodation services.
  • Review and verify contractors' HSSE documentation, Job Safety Analysis, Pre-Job Safety Meetings, Hot Work Permits, procedures, and risk assessments prior to contract mobilization and during execution.
  • Monitor contractors’ HSSE performance, including incident reporting, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the focal point for HSSE-related matters between General Services, Corporate HSSE, Procurement, and contractors.
  • Support and manage special General Services projects (e.g., asset management, office setup, relocation, refurbishment, local and overseas accommodation) with strong focus on HSSE compliance.
  • Coordinate project planning, execution, and close-out, ensuring HSSE considerations are embedded in all project phases.
  • Monitor project risks, schedules, and costs related to HSSE implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, audit requirements, and approval processes related to HSSE and General Services activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, reports, and explanations.
  • Prepare HSSE performance reports, observations, and recommendations for management review.
  • Identify HSSE risks and improvement opportunities related to office operations, accommodation, and special projects.
  • Recommend and implement preventive measures and best practices to enhance safety, health, security, and environmental performance.
  • Provide HSSE advisory support to General Services and relevant stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering major
  • Preferably a minimum 10 years of experience in HSSE, facilities management, office operations, or contractor management.
  • Experience in managing office and accommodation HSSE and contractor compliance, including overseas exposure, is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with corporate HSSE systems and standards in multinational environments is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of HSSE principles, risk assessment, and contractor HSSE management.
  • Good knowledge of office, accommodation, and facilities-related safety standards.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • High integrity and strong compliance mindset.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
