JOB ROLES :

• Support the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of enterprise digital infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services.
• Administer and provide technical support for endpoint infrastructure, workplace computing environments, and applicable cybersecurity controls in accordance with Company standards and requirements.
• Configure, monitor, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure environments to support operational and business requirements.
• Execute IT infrastructure enhancement initiatives, technology refresh programs, system upgrades, migrations, and other assigned infrastructure activities.
• Perform infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, performance analysis and optimization, and technical incident resolution, including coordination with relevant support parties where required.
• Support infrastructure security, backup and disaster recovery readiness, and implementation of applicable corporate IT standards and controls.
• Prepare technical specifications, infrastructure documentation, technical assessments, evaluations, and recommendations to support infrastructure planning and investment decisions.
• Coordinate with relevant Company stakeholders, vendors, and service providers in the implementation and delivery of infrastructure solutions in accordance with approved requirements and technical standards.
• Provide technical input and recommendations on infrastructure issues, improvement opportunities, technology options, and implementation approaches for consideration by the responsible Company personnel.
• Maintain appropriate technical records, configuration documentation, and infrastructure information to support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Strong experience in endpoint management, endpoint security, and enterprise infrastructure administration.
• Hands-on experience with computing infrastructure, virtualization technologies, and hybrid computing environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, infrastructure security, backup, and disaster recovery practices.
• Experience implementing infrastructure projects, technology upgrades, system migrations, and digital workplace solutions.
• Experience working with managed service providers and technology vendors.
• Familiarity with IT service management, infrastructure governance, and operational controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
