JOB ROLES

• Recommend, define and monitor external/ institutional relations strategy and plan. Review stakeholders’ data regarding their function and contact; Monitor stakeholder characteristic and their impact data in order to recommend external relation strategy and plan that are aligned with WP&B and SKK Migas rules and regulations as well as industries best practices.
• Initiate, develop and maintain networking and relationship management (such as creating approach to the key persons, hearing with local or national level representative groups, facilitating executive visits in INPEX area etc.); Develop and maintain good relationship with  external stakeholders and SKK Migas to ensure good support to INPEX Indonesia company activities especially project.
• Define, develop and monitor external relations initiatives and programs with regards to C&R and company strategic plan; Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of initiatives and programs implementation; Initiate program improvement for the next programs to build good relationship with external stakeholders and to ensure smoothness of external event execution and the programs achieve the target.
• Evaluate and analyze national and local issues related with INPEX Indonesia activities; Define and monitor steps that can be taken by INPEX Indonesia regarding the issues   that occurred in order to take appropriate steps and support the INPEX Indonesia smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experiences with 8 years in Oil & Gas or Mining industry.
