JOB ROLES :
  • Administer and manage General Services contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle, including preparation, execution, amendment, and close-out.
  • Ensure contracts are implemented in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and service levels.
  • Prepare and manage contract documentation, including variation orders, extensions, and claims.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, trackers, and databases.
  • Monitor and control General Services budgets, ensuring expenditures are within approved budgets and forecasts.
  • Review vendor invoices, prepare Service Orders, Acceptance Certificates, and payment requests, and ensure accuracy, contractual compliance, and proper cost allocation.
  • Track committed, actual, and forecasted costs; identify variances and propose corrective actions.
  • Support annual budgeting, cost estimation, and periodic cost reporting activities.
  • Provide cost analysis and management reports to support decision-making.
  • Act as a focal point between General Services, Finance, Procurement, and vendors on contractual and cost-related matters.
  • Support performance evaluation of service providers from contractual and cost perspectives.
  • Assist in tender preparation, bid evaluation, and commercial clarification processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, audit requirements, and approval matrices.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Identify contract and cost-related risks and recommend mitigation measures.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance/accounting.
  • Preferably a minimum 10 years of experience with 7 years of it in contract administration, cost control, or commercial roles, preferably within General Services, facilities management, oil & gas, or project-based environments.
  • Experience in handling contract administration, budgeting, and cost monitoring is required.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial principles, and cost control practices.
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or contract management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities under tight deadlines.
  • High integrity and strong compliance mindset.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
