JOB ROLES :

• Review and evaluate INPEX Masela project strategic planning, Manage and lead the team to develop detailed Gas Pipeline (shore to deep water) and Surveys plan including target, strategy, budget, schedule; Review and evaluate project planning and strategy alignment, interface and integration in the each of project in order to ensure development service plan and target and project management system are in place as a reliable guidance.
• Manage the team in delivering with robust and doable execution plan. Manage the team in monitoring Consultants/Contractors’ work indeveloping Gas Export Pipeline and Survey with pay attention to HSSE matters, rules and regulations compliance, engineering philosophy, engineering standards, economic and financial perspectives, best practices, and others; Manage the team to deliver Surveys; Review, evaluate, and control project progress, budget expenditures, project schedule, etc. related to Gas Export Pipeline engineering and Survey; Solve any issues and/or arisen problems; in order to ensure Gas Export Pipeline project progress achieve the target and ensure high quality data gathering and timely input to activities.
• Manage the team in providing technical inputs and in conducting technical evaluation in EPC tenders related to Gas Export Pipeline and other INPEX Indonesia project tenders; Provide and coordinate detailed explanation of the clarification during tender process; Review, manage and conduct technical evaluation of the draft contract submitted by the contractor in order to select the appropriate contractors and to ensure that awarded contractors are able to carry out the work in the contract.
• Lead and manage preparation of the Gas Pipeline and Survey project detailed plan, schedule and survey scope of work as well as their justification for work program and budget; Review, monitor and update Gas Export Pipeline Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and project schedule for Gas Export Pipeline as an input to project economics calculation; Manage to get all required internal analysis and evaluation approval from project and related Departments to ensure the SKK Migas administrative requirement is accomplished and approved within the timeline as a basis of cost recovery and to ensure complete and accurate Gas Export Pipeline CAPEX and project schedule submission.
• Manage any change occurrence in Gas Export Pipeline and Surveys, implementation of MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks; to ensure interface management of each arisen change in Gas Export Pipeline project is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unplanned change impact to overall project schedule and cost.
• Manage and coordinate lesson’s learned shore crossing and shallow to deepwater research regarding large diameter Gas pipeline install and survey, Analyse and evaluate best practice implementation in other project; Recommend related study and research result to be implemented in INPEX Indonesia project to ensure that the implementation of research and survey results can improve process efficiency and optimize Gas pipeline and survey work

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 20 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. Deepwater subsea pipeline engineering and survey experiences are required.
