JOB ROLES

• Develop Operations System planning and strategy to ensure that key areas for data execution, planning, processes and systems are clearly defined and configured.
• Develop Operation Readiness Plan, and ensure that all operation readiness plan elements is properly prepared and planned, there are 6 Area and 17 sub element of readiness to be detailed during FEED phase.
• Control the Operations System data collection/ flow and data quality (validity and accuracy) to support the future Abadi Operations: (i) Data flow from key stake holders (ii) Data flows from internal and external sources.
• Develop implementation and integration operation system and operation expense requirements and support for the Engineering Data Warehouse, Assets Management, Maintenance Management systems, Permit to Work, etc.
• Develop business requirements on data architecture, data standards and quality assurance, as well as database set up required to successfully implement the Operations System Strategy for all phases of the engineering project.
• Provide recommendation to prepare draft of working plan and budget, review working progress and working expenditures, to provide reliable recommendation related to working plan, budget, and Division’s/ Department’s/ Group’s performances 
• Review and provide recommendation on HSSE programs and initiative implementation, personnel awareness on HSSE matters, HSSE program improvement, policy, and procedures based on finding result, owned knowledge, and best practices to provide recommendations related to HSSE matters.
• Review and provide recommendation of team members’ development and performances, conduct sharing session of knowledge and technology based on division/ department’s program, to increase team members’ performances and competencies.
• Provide recommendation on guidelines, standard operating procedure, working system, working standard, and others to provide reliable working guidelines and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science;
• A Minimum of 10 years’ Oil and Gas experiences. Experiences in Operation System are required.
