JOB ROLES

• Prepare Terms and Conditions for the combination of reimbursable and lump-sum contracts;
• Provide advanced professional expertise to standardize different EPC contract proposals for bid evaluation;
• Advise all contract types such as lump sum, reimbursable or major unit rate contracts for bid evaluation;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering disciplines, Commercial, Contract and Law.
• Preferably, minumum 15 years in handling and managing Contract.   
• Experience in developing and managing international hybrid or reimburseble contract. Experience in managing mega project in oil/gas industries is preferred.
