• Provide support to the Senior Drilling Manager with direction and strategy, manage, and control in setting up of detail well engineering, well construction execution plan, supply chain management plan related to well construction activities, requirement of laws, SKK Migas rules and regulations, quality and standards in well construction, and other aspects; Setting up well construction target and KPI in order to ensure all well construction activities meet well objectives and targets, HSE requirements and align with International and national quality standards.
• Provide support to the Senior Drilling Manager with providing direction and strategy, manage, and control in preparations of well construction activities including prepare work program and budget and AFE; Establishment of standards for well construction activities, preparations of well design, draft program and operation procedures, budget approval, procurement and contract management, obtaining permits and license, securing required resources in order to ensure well construction plan activities align with requirement of laws, SKK Migas rules and regulations, quality and standards in well construction and ensure approved work program and AFE from THQ, JV and SKK Migas.
• Provide support to the Senior Drilling Manager with providing direction and strategy, manage, and control in performing detail well engineering in compliance with local laws, SKK Migas rules and regulations and INPEX standard, with risk management, cost control, supply chain management, stock control, delivering data obtained during the activities to other departments and stakeholders to ensure well construction activities align with requirement of laws, SKK Migas rules and regulations, quality and standards in well construction and ensure approved work program and AFE from THQ, JV and SKK Migas.
• Provide support to the Senior Drilling Manager with providing direction and strategy, manage, and control in reporting and data delivery to other departments and stakeholders including submission of WP & B and AFE, reporting system of drilling activities determined by the Company to ensure that all parties receive timely activity reports and pre-condition drilling has been prepared.
• Provide support to the Senior Drilling Manager with providing direction and control the preparation of engineering and operational standards and procedures, quality assurance/ quality control, drilling design, risk management, and other engineering standards/ procedures related to well maintenance projects and the construction/ development of new well with regard to developments technology and best practices.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable
• Minimum 15 years with Offshore Drilling engineering and operation experiences in the Oil and Gas Industry
