JOB ROLES

  • Coordinate, compile and develop project procurement annual list on Masela Abadi project based on each related department schedule; Monitor and maintain project procurement list and project procurement action; Evaluate, identify and recommend change plan and control the impact on procurement plan and execution to ensure procurement plan in line with project schedule & activities and align with government and SKK MIGAS regulations and company policy procedures.
  • Monitor, review and compile all related document as required for ITT; Coordinate with other related department for preparing ITT document; Compile, prepare and check tender plan document in order to obtain SKK Migas approval and to ensure ITT package and the contract award is completed and approved on time.
  • Check and advice administration fulfillment (such as performance bond and insurance) of contract implementation for project to ensure contracts are covered by valid Performance Bonds and valid Insurances.
  • Coordinate with related Department (i.e. HSSE, Project, etc.) in contract close-out to ensure that the contract is closed-out properly in line with prevailing regulation.
  • Coordinate and monitor sourcing and purchasing for project-related services and goods; Consult with superiors and involved in the negotiation process for procurement services to ensure all transactions meet Company policy and procedures.

 

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry or EPC Company.
  • Pedoman Tata Kerja No. 007 from SKK MIGAS certified (preferably).
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (preferably).
