JOB ROLES

• Design, develop and propose effective resource planning, reporting and coordination for digitalization process/initiatives; Develop a detailed project plan, requirement and budget; Monitor and review digitalization progress and process performance with other department regularly to ensure deliver projects on time and met quality standard and deliver digitalization process in line with business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement Digitalization process; Develop and analyze on-going plans for digitalization process in conjunction with related Department and THQ team; Monitor and review allocated resources to ensure that the team delivers to committed tasks and best practices processes across the digital team for the consistent delivery of digitalization process.
• Monitor and review Digitalization process and activities in INPEX Indonesia; Recommend adjustment and/or improvement; Prepare and compile Digitalization process report for Management and related department; Communicate all related department including digitalization process for existing document to ensure digitalization project according to the plan and progress report monitored.
• Monitor, review and analyze digital trends (artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, block chain architecture, etc.) and forward-thinking technologies to address challenges across INPEX Indonesia related to digitalization process within the organization in order to ensure effective, efficient and reliable data.

 

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or other related disciplines.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experiences in Information Technology field years.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experiences in business analysis and or IT system design
