JOB ROLES

  • Ensure that Construction safety that cover Construction Incidents; Compliance to Construction Safety Requirements Per Jurisdiction; Compliance to Construction Permitting Requirements; Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Per Jurisdiction have been developed during FEED and sufficient input has been provided.

  • Manage the deliverable of Construction Planning; Administer Construction Schedule; Support Construction Cost Estimates and Quantities Development; Manage Construction Risk Assessment & Analysis; Manage Construction Stakeholders Interfaces; Develop and Implement Labour Management Plan; Support Engineering Practices and Processes (MOCs, LOPA, HAZOP, etc.); Plan Construction Completions, Turnover, and Closeout Works Processes.

  • Review and provide input to contractor Construction Execution plan based on determined Onshore LNG Engineering Design, that include production system, utilities and infrastructure. The input shall be consistent with engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other defined specification.

  • Review and provide input during development of Construction methodology (use of modules, Pre-Assembled Units (PAU), construction sequence.

  • Work with contractor to maximize use of Digitization to efficiently manage engineering and construction, work packs, materials, tools, work sequence, work completion, testing etc.

  • Lead Constructability Review - The purpose of this review is to ensure that construction knowledge, experience and expertise is incorporated as early as possible in the design to gain maximum benefit of optimized construction execution.

  • Coordinate with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works defined in Contract Deliverable list related to Construction.

    Provide recommendations and technical input on Construction engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors to meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the OLNG Facilities.

  • Take the ownership of any Construction issues and agreed solution during FEED.

     

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.

  • A minimum of 10 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry.

  • Familiar to use applicable codes such as ASME, API, ASTM, BS, ANSI, AWS and TEMA.
