JOB ROLES

• Lead the SURF team in the Project Delivery Process. This scope shall include scope and process assurance is achieved on all FEED and EPCI project deliverables including the project execution plan, design basis, and cost and schedule estimate basis during Front End Engineering Design (FEED) as Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI). 
• Responsible for timely completion of quality assurance activities to asses FEED and EPCI deliverables.
• Manage and report SURF project progress and multiple levels within and outside the project team.

• Contribute to the Basis of Design, Functional Requirements, and Engineering Standards updates.  This shall include contributions to Abadi project specific requirements.
• Manage change of SURF Requirements and Engineering design, technical standards, and contractor deliverables. Provide recommendations to implement Company policy and procedures related to any change/ deviation SURF engineering design, tracking system and record, as well as its interface program; communicate the change to related Parties; in order to ensure SURF engineering design change/ deviation comply with Company policy, procedures, and technical standards.
• Provide recommendations and expertise in preparing tender documents, non-technical inputs, and non-technical evaluation in the FEED tenders related to SURF development project; review terms and conditions in SURF FEED Contracts preparation.
• Perform communication, correspondence and relationship with approved Contractors related to SURF project contract in FEED project phases.

 

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• A minimum of 10 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
