JOB ROLES

• Lead the SURF FEED contractors and suppliers. This scope shall include assurance that functional requirements are achieved during FEED including efficient resolution of requirements challenge and competitive scope proposals.  Responsibility shall include sufficient quality deliverables are achieved to pass project assurance events at the end of FEED and ahead of Final Investment Decision for the project.
• Responsible in HSSE and risk assessment.  Lead SURF contractors and suppliers HSSE and risk events.
• Contribute in Interface and Risk management within the Integrated Abadi project.  

 

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry including Project Delivery.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Subsea Engineering.
• A minimum of at least one Deepwater Project execution of EPCI and achieving start-up and first production.
• Candidate shall have depth in the area of Flow Assurance, Commissioning and Startup and Operations as well as strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Candidate shall be naturally driven and inquisitive.  The expectation is the candidate will immerse themselves within the Integrated project team with the intent of delivering the best outcome possible today. 
• Passion and self-motivation to achieve a successful project shall differentiate candidates applying for this role.
