JOB ROLES

  • Work with Contractor to Demonstrate HSE risk is ALARP; Manage Compliance to HSE Requirements Per Jurisdiction; Manage Compliance to Permitting Requirements.

  • Review and Manage Contractor Project Risk Assessment & Analysis; review Project Execution Strategy and Plans; develop Stakeholders Interfaces Management Plan; administer Engineering Schedule; monitor and check Implemented Resource Plan; review Quality Control / Assurance Plan; review Completions, Handover, and Closeout plan.

  • Monitor and Manage Front End Engineering/Detailed Design Performance and Progress including Schedule, Cost and Quantities; monitor the Implementation of Engineering Practices and Processes (MOCs, LOPA, HAZOP, etc.); Support Project Cost Estimates and Quantities Development.

  • Advise residence engineering team with respect to day to day issues, analyze look ahead plan and mitigate any potential issues ahead of time.

  • Coordinating Residence Team activities, ensuring that the contract milestones are met, the work complies with all relevant government and international legislation, and is meeting or exceeding COMPANY’s technical, cost and HSE expectations.

  • Assist Residence Team Manager with project planning, monitoring progress, conducting audits and reviews, and ensuring that sufficient CONTRACTOR resources are available to meet Project Objectives.

  • Liaise and seek clarification with COMPANY Central Team on regular basis and as needed, Provide progress update of overall FEED work.

  • Provide input for project tenders in the FEED phases and provide FPSO project engineering technical inputs and evaluation to EPCI tender proposal submitted by prospective contractors/ vendors.

  • Monitor any change and/ or deviation of elements, specification, process, system and others that are proposed in the each of FEED phases, implementation of company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/ or deviation for project engineering meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.

     

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering related field, and ideally be PMP certified or professionally registered or chartered as an engineer with a recognized engineering body.

  • A minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry.

  • At least 2 years of which shall be experience gained within field supervision as a COMPANY and/or CONTRACTOR representative for FEED/EPCI of FPSO/Offshore Mega Project.
