JOB ROLES

  • Maintain and review Contract Management System for project; Monitor and analyze related regulation and company requirement; Recommend Contract Management System Improvement (Standards, Procedures, etc.) to ensure full compliance under prevailing rules and regulations and company requirements related to project contracts.
  • Conduct and monitor Contract Management System socialization; Provide advice and explanations concerning Contract Management System to Project-related department and other related department to ensure all related party understand and comply with the contracting requirement as stipulated in the related Contract Management System.
  • Establish and implement Contract and Procurement strategies and tactics; Analyze and modify strategies and tactics to ensure aligned with the market condition, company requirement, and to comply with rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Lead, direct and monitor daily project contracts activities; Coordinate within SCM Team and with all related department; Analyze and recommend resolution of major issues and concerns of contractual nature to ensure contract development progress and process align with required standards and comply with the prevailing regulations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Legal department and related company representation (user) to develop contract terms and conditions; Discuss and negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers and/or contractors including dispute settlement or litigations to ensure the interests of company are protected and align with applicable rules, guidelines and regulations.
  • Coordinate, analyze and arrange project contracting activities report and contractor performance evaluation process; Recommend action plan and or improvement process related to project contract; Coordinate and conduct communication with Tokyo Headquarters and INPEX Management in order to receive progress and latest update and information about project contract activities.

 

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines.
  • A minimum of 15 years with at least 12 years in the Oil and Gas industry or EPC Company.
  • Pedoman Tata Kerja No. 007 from SKK MIGAS certified (preferably).
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (preferably).
