JOB ROLES

• Coordinate the team, to monitor, review, and analyze change & improvement of information system technology,  business processes,  and the trend of relevant technology, in order to plan and design proper and fit for purpose ERP solution and develop the relevant target and strategy & plan; Define and propose  ERP objective in short term, middle term, and long terms; Review and develop ERP planning and target, IT system development life cycle, strategy and planning and IT system development roadmap to ensure optimum IM&T and ERP support for company activities.
• Coordinate, monitor, analyze and recommend ERP development projects plan to overall IM&T strategy and planning; Design and develop IM&T application systems for the IM&T Portfolio for  Enterprise Resource Planning (such as Information Management, Document Management, Portals), Technical Disciplines (Drilling, Exploration, Subsurface, Engineering) and Assets Operations in order to ensure ERP development projects are aligned with IM&T strategic planning, Project, and determine the requirements to achieve a successful implementation.
• Coordinate the team in collecting and analyzing information and data related to ERP and provide recommendation of the most fit for purpose, effective and efficient ERP implementation in INPEX operations and projects.
• Review, evaluate, and select strategic & tactical delivery service to execute INPEX’s ERP requirements; Oversee and manage the handover of enterprise IM&T development into the support environment, manage and review their performance in order to ensure ERP implementation support INPEX Indonesia activities.
• Consult with users, management, vendors and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements; Generate feedback from business users about ERP module implementation and issues related to legacy IT systems and applications, as well as user the feedback to deliver improved service to ensure that the systems and IT aspects of the project are functioning smoothly to ensure glitch-free working environment for project staff.
• Promote enterprise architecture awareness in the organization; Ensuring the compliance between the enterprise architecture and solution architecture by leading and coordinating solution architecture reviews.

 

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, Economy, Business, or other related discipline.
• A minimum of 13 years’ experiences in SAP ERP and application system development, support, and maintenance.
