JOB ROLES

• Manage to specify contracts and agreements with respect to all related matters of such contract including reviewing, advising, drafting, preparing and maintaining standard model contracts & agreements.
• Manage and provide high level professional expertise and support to: ensure all INPEX contracts & agreements are in compliance with (i) all applicable laws and regulations, and guidelines including PTK-007 (as revised), (ii) INPEX policies, guidelines and procedures, and (iii)  the highest professional standards
• Manage to provide all relevant Departments and Teams with advice, counsel and support on contracts & agreements, particularly on crude and/or gas sales contracts, service contracts,  drilling contracts, lease agreements, SURF/FLNG FEED, EPCI and O&M agreements, and all other relevant and related oil & gas industry contract & agreements ("Contracts")
• Manage and lead the team to provide advice and assistance to the Company, General Counsel and Legal Department, and representation on INPEX Procurement and Tender Committees.
• Manage and provide direction in the process of engaging outside legal services for asset/projected related matters and in assessing their performance.
• Manage budgeting and control expenditures for legal and project matters. 

 

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Law. Masters and other advanced post-graduate degree on Law preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, both as a lawyer and as a legal manager, preferably with international experience/background, fluent in English both speaking and writing.
• Pedoman Tata Kerja No. 007 from SKK MIGAS certified.
