Job Purposes:
Accountable to implement the recruitment activities (i) developing recruitment needs and plans (ii) developing annual recruitment budget (iii) working with all departments in implementing all candidates’ sourcing, selection and hiring activities (iv) implementing on-boarding & induction program (v) implementing Internship program (vi) implementing Apprenticeship program (vii) utilizing e-recruitment system that comply with Company policies and procedures, and (viii) maintain and develop related policies and procedures comply to law and INPEX strategy.
