Job Purposes:

Accountable to implement the recruitment activities (i) developing recruitment needs and plans (ii) developing annual recruitment budget (iii) working with all departments in implementing all candidates’ sourcing, selection and hiring activities (iv) implementing on-boarding & induction program (v) implementing Internship program (vi) implementing Apprenticeship program (vii) utilizing e-recruitment system that comply with Company policies and procedures, and (viii) maintain and develop related policies and procedures comply to law and INPEX strategy.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, propose, monitor, and evaluate annual recruitment plan based on the Manpower Planning provided by Organization Development Team.
  2. Develop and monitor recruitment budget execution based on the annual recruitment plan/activities.
  3. Implement, conduct and evaluate all required recruitment sourcing process and ensure all activities are aligned with the company standards & procedures; (i) define sourcing strategies to fulfil the vacant positons, (ii) sourcing candidates refer to the job requirements using the selected sourcing channels.
  4. Implement, conduct, and evaluate all required recruitment selection process and ensure all activities are aligned with the company standards & procedures; (i) shortlisting candidates, (ii) defining required selection tools, (iii) scheduling recruitment tests/interviews and communicating the recruitment schedule, (iv) conduct reference check to the selected candidates, (v) managing and following up job offers, (vi) liaising with Medical Team to conduct pre-employment Medical Check Up.
  5. Implement and evaluate all required recruitment hiring process and ensure all activities are aligned with the company standards & procedures; (i) managing and following up employment agreement, (ii) verify original supporting documents.
  6. Implement, monitor, evaluate and improve Induction Program and ensure that the program is aligned with the company standards & procedures and INPEX strategy.
  7. Implement, monitor, evaluate and improve Internship Program and ensure that the program is aligned with the company standards & procedures.
  8. Implement, monitor, evaluate and improve Apprenticeship Program and ensure that the program aligns with the company standards & procedures.
  9. Develop, monitor, and review recruitment policy and procedure in order to comply with law and INPEX strategy.
  10. Implement, monitor, evaluate and improve the usability of E-recruitment System, Coordinate and evaluate recruitment policy and procedure in order to comply to law and INPEX strategy

 

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology or any other discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years experiences
