Lead of Corporate Document Management and manage all Corporate document management processes and all INPEX documents according to INPEX document control standard, procedures, guidelines, templates and Document Management lifecycle; develop and monitor INPEX Indonesia Information Management strategies and guidelines for document management; Identify and assess opportunities that utilize information technology to improve document management processes; Facilitate the storage and exchange of all types of documents including INPEX projects; facilitate the on-going use of INPEX Document Management System; Promote the understanding and use of document management principles throughout the INPEX Indonesia business; Administration of the Document Management system, including user creation and maintenance, security maintenance; Providing on-going training to new and existing users on the use of the system; Providing expert-user support where required; Lead the assessment the existing and other Document Management System whether fit to purpose for current and next requirement of company/project. Lead whole phases of the planning, implementation, deployment and operation of new Document Management System if any.

Develop and provide expertise on document arrangement system and its related web portal, filing system, procedures and quality standards related to document storing into database and proper document maintenance; to ensure good document arrangement and to optimize paperless document for INPEX.

Develop standards, guidelines and procedures for document management in INPEX and identify improvements in document management processes.

Manage in monitoring overall IT system traffic of data and records, database system performances for document management system, database maintenance program and its execution; review and monitor user level authority to access data, document and information and IT security guidelines implementation; in order to ensure IT system performance meets determined standards, IT security guidelines and classification are implemented according to Company policy and procedures.

Monitor and provide expertise in developing, updating, and monitoring the project management information and documentation system; to ensure projects documents are kept in a good system arrangement and easy to be retrieved.

Manage the day-to-day activities of the Document Control in order to ensure valid, accurate delivery of documents in a timely fashion; manage document management system user training.

Participate in the planning, implementation, deployment and operation of future Enterprise Document Management system (if any)

Participate pro-actively in the development of the business functional requirements & configuration of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

Conduct internal IM self-assessment health checks, and coordinate external IM peer-assists.
