Job Purposes:

Provide recommendation on Masela Project plan, strategy and schedule and project management activities for Masela block, POD submission to SKK Migas and monitoring project execution with pay attention on agreed contracts’ targets and quality; review project status and report it to related Parties, and Onshore, Nearshore and Offshore survey results; in order to ensure project is monitored properly to enforce the project progress meet plan and target according to agreed contract.

 

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide recommendation to prepare draft of working plan and budget, review working progress and working expenditures, to provide reliable recommendation related to working plan, budget, and Section’s performances.
2. Review and provide recommendation on HSSE programs and initiative implementation, personnel awareness on HSSE matters, HSSE program improvement, policy, and procedures based on finding result, owned knowledge, and best practices to provide recommendations related to HSSE matters.
3. Review and provide recommendation of team members’ development and performances, conduct sharing session of knowledge and technology based on division/department’s program, to increase team member’s performances and competencies.
4. Provide recommendation on guidelines, standard operating procedure, working system, working standard, and others to provide reliable working guidelines and standards.

 

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 years in the area of Project Controls.
