Job Purposes:

Manage and lead the team in:

1. Developing Annual and Revised Work Program and Budget (WP&B),
2. Assisting budget owners in preparation for Authorization for Expenditures (AFEs) and AFEs closed-out
3. Coordinating to expedite required approval from INPEX Indonesia Management, Tokyo Head Quarters, and Joint Ventures
4. Dealing with SKK Migas to ensure timely approval for WP&B, AFEs and AFEs closed-out;
5. Developing and reviewing a) the work breakdown structure, b) the cost breakdown structure, c) cash call estimates, d) project cost expenditures, e) invoice submissions and payments / acceptance certificate, f) value of work done, g) estimated final costs in order to ensure availability of project cost data and information.

 

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead the team in developing and proposing Annual and Revised Work Program & Budget (WP&B) in collaboration with the Abadi project team and budget owners (Owners) in order to ensure timely submission of WP&B to SKK Migas and secure timely approval of WP&B from SKK Migas.
2. Manage and lead the team in assisting Owners in preparation for Authorization for Expenditures (AFEs) and AFEs close-out in order to ensure timely submission of AFEs and AFEs close-out to SKK Migas and secure timely approval of AFEs and AFEs close-out from SKK Migas.
3. Manage and lead the team in monitoring budget and AFEs and identify the needs to revise budget / AFEs. Support Owners to revise budget / AFEs.
4. Manage and lead the team in monitoring AFEs and identifying which Close-out AFEs to be submitted.
5. Manage and lead the team in supporting Owners to prepare and submit Close-out AFEs.
6. Manage and lead the team in developing and reviewing the work breakdown structure, the cost breakdown structure, cash call estimates, project cost expenditures, invoice submissions and payments, value of work done, estimated final costs in order to ensure availability of project cost data and information.
7. Manage and lead the team in developing procedures and guidelines for WP&B, AFE, and the budget and cost control.

 

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering; other degree qualifications will be considered.
• A minimum of 13 years with at least 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry
